Some of these lists bring together academics in a specific field, while others aim to bring together professionals and academics to discuss issues of interest. Yet others act as announcement lists for business news or academic announcements.

Geared for the decision-maker both in the government and business sector, the daily email bulletins provide up to date information on developments international business and trade policy. Featured in the alerts are highlights and full text links to developments in legislation, international treaty negotiations, trade agreements and any other changes in business and trade environments. - Economist - Global Agenda, Business This Week and The World This Week
The Economist sends out the Global Agenda newsletter three times a week. The newsletter offers concise analysis of the international issues and events that matter most. "Business This Week" and "The World This Week" are delivered each Thursday evening and contain information about the week's key business and politics events around the world.
