Desarrollo de Negocios Internacionales is an organization that provides business services for SMEs with foreign counterparts.  While their services are fee-based, the website does offer free access to a wide variety of articles on  topics such as Argentinian imports and exports, the future outlook of international trade in Argentina, and a comparison of Argentina with the rest of the region.  (Available in Spanish only.)

The Guide for Business with Argentina offers extensive information on the Argentine economy, economic indicators, industry sectors, import and export product and markets, and information for business visitors to Argentina. A small portion of the information available in the guide is specific to Indian-Argentine business relations.

Vale Columbia School on Sustainable International Investment: Emerging Market Global Players

The Emerging Market Global Players (EMGP) Project, a collaborative effort led by the Columbia Program on Sustainable International Investment, ranks multinational enterprises (MNEs) in emerging markets according to the level of foreign assets held. Reports are available in PDF format, some in a country-specific language.
