Michigan State was one of five universities awarded the 2006 Senator Paul Simon Award for campus internationalization and profiled in a major report published by NAFSA: Association of International Educators. The report, titled "Internationalizing the Campus 2006: Profiles of Success at Colleges and Universities," highlighted selected units at Michigan State and singled out both globalEDGE and IBC for recognition. I have used the site for my graduate class in international marketing for 3 years. I use the site to provide my students with the background information they need to succeed in my class. I have these students do the modules on the individual countries; my undergrads find the modules fascinating.
