Thunderbird School of Global Management invites applications for an advanced assistant or associate professor of Cross Cultural Communications/Negotiations to begin Fall, 2014, or later.

Job Description: The individual filling this position will deliver courses in cross cultural communications, cross cultural negotiations, and cross cultural management. The faculty member selected for this position will be expected to teach courses at the graduate level, which may also include executive education, and to conduct research publishable in top journals.

Job Qualifications: The School is seeking individuals who have experience working with a diverse student body in graduate and executive level programs, degree and non-degree, and who have an interest in working with a variety of teaching and curricular methods, including online education and overseas module delivery. Requirements include a Ph.D. in Cross Cultural Management, Cross Cultural Communications, Cross Cultural Psychology, or Political Science, or a related field, from an accredited institution, and a strong demonstrated commitment to teaching and research in international business. Preference will be given to individuals currently serving at the experienced assistant or associate professor level with an established record of publishing in top journals and a strong teaching record.
