Job Description

The Department of International Business (INB) invites applications for a one year visiting professor position in International Business beginning August 2015 – May 2016.

Teaching load will normally comprise of three undergraduate courses per semester (total of 6 courses per year). The average class size is 17 students. The ability to teach the introduction international business course and other international business electives in finance or marketing would be an asset. In the cover letter, please mention the elective courses in INB you will be able to teach. A terminal degree (Ph.D.; D.B.A.) or ABD and international professional or academic experience are required.

The undergraduate International Business department is distinct in that it operates within a college of Arts and Sciences. The INB department offers a comprehensive, liberal arts based, interdisciplinary approach to the study of international business. All INB majors take courses in international business, area studies, and a foreign language, must complete a business internship and study abroad.
