The Department of Management Control, Accounting and Auditing of Toulouse Business School invites applications for one position at the Assistant or Associate level in the field of Auditing and Financial Accounting, to maintain and develop its reputation for excellence in research and high quality teaching, for September 2015.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
The successful candidate will have a PhD, significant research experience, and the potential to publish in leading academic journals (submissions to/publications in international journals required) and/or the recognition at an international level in her/his research. She/he will have excellent teaching ability and be capable to teach at any program from bachelor to MBA levels in financial accounting and/or auditing. Depending on the candidate’s profile, teaching will be done essentially or totally in English. The ability to teach also in French would be appreciated. Rank of appointment and salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
ABOUT THE SCHOOL:
Toulouse Business School (TBS) was the first French business school outside Paris area to obtain AACSB, EQUIS and AMBA accreditations. The School has three campuses: Toulouse, Barcelona (Spain), and Casablanca (Morocco). It has a core "Grande Ecole" Program, lasting three years with roughly 450 students entering each year, which delivers a Master in Management; this program is offered on all campuses. There are twenty four specialized Master programs (one of which dedicated to management control and auditing), an MBA program, and an Executive program.

The members of the Management Control, Accounting and Auditing department have published in international ranked journals such as Accounting, Auditing & Accountability Journal, Accounting History Review, Comptabilité Contrôle Audit, Journal of Business Ethics, or Management Accounting Research.
