The College of Business Administration at The University of Akron invites applications for an assistant professor (tenure-track) position in Strategic Management beginning August 2016 (pending budgetary approval). The successful candidate will have:
- A Ph.D. (or ABD with imminent degree completion) in Management or related field
- A strong record of, or potential for, high quality research in the field of strategy
- Demonstrate the capability for high quality teaching at the undergraduate and graduate level, and
- The ability to interact well with students, colleagues, and the business community.
- Business experience is a plus.
