The Department of Marketing of Hong Kong Baptist University offers the following programmes: BBA in Marketing, BCom in Marketing, MSc in Global Marketing Management and PhD in Marketing. Information about the School of Business can be obtained at http://www.hkbu.edu.hk/~bus.
Chair Professor/Professor/Associate Professor/Assistant Professor/Research Assistant Professor (PR123/15-16T)
The Department invites applications for the above positions. Applications in all marketing fields will be considered. Applicants should have a relevant PhD degree. Candidates for Chair Professorship / Professorship / Associate Professorship should also have a strong track record of research and teaching accomplishments. Besides undergraduate and graduate teaching and high-quality research work, applicants are expected to supervise postgraduate thesis.
Initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract of up to three years commencing September 2016. Re-appointment thereafter is subject to mutual agreement and availability of funding. Remuneration package includes retirement/gratuity benefits, annual leave, medical and dental scheme, housing assistance and relocation allowance wherever appropriate. Rank and salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
