A facts and figures page introduces tidbits of information about globalization. An introductory guide to locales list deals with how numeric data is handled (formatting, use of separators, groupings, etc.) in different cultures, including a country-by-country guide. There is even an introductory managerial article on what culture and diversity means and why they are important.

From the viewpoint of the developing countries, this site provides articles on the WTO negotiations and agreements. Also available are a series of books, which can be ordered. Focusing on matters pertaining to the Third World as well as to the North and South, the Third World Network (TWN) is an independent organization associated with organizations in the Third World and in the North.
