Research: Multi-Country: Resources providing information for multiple regions and/or countries. These resources generally use a "quick access" type of menu for country or regional information for easy navigation designed for novice or more generic users.
Research: Statistical Data Sources: Resources providing statistical data, such as demographic information, economic indicators, and consumption trends at the global, regional, and country level, generally provided by statistical agencies or government offices.
Research: Rankings: Resources presenting rankings of countries, economies, industries, or companies within a global context. These are usually studies conducted by an organization or magazine that compares a large number of countries or firms in terms of one or more criteria, and ranks them in terms of an overall score.
Research: Government Resources: Official web sites of government agencies that provide business, demographic, or statistical information at the country level.

Research: Organizations: Supra-national organizations and international/regional/national associations whose primary objectives are to promote and/or to research international business, international development, commerce, or trade issues.

News and Periodicals: Global News: News and periodical sites that address international business issues around the globe. These are either news sources that distinctly focus on international commerce/trade topics, or subsections of globally recognized and respected news sources that feature global business news.
News and Periodicals: Regional News: News and periodical sites that address commerce, economy, and trade topics either in specific regions of the world or in specific countries.
News and Periodicals: Publications: Large, annual or bi-annual reports written on a topic with international business, trade, or development implications originating mostly from large governmental and intergovernmental sources and international organizations.

Trade: Trade Law: Resources providing information on international trade laws and regulations.
Trade: Trade Portals: Sites containing a vast amount of trade-related information, including features found in multiple categories. These sites usually provide tools and information geared towards trade professionals, including event calendars, shipping schedules, guides, trade news, diagnostic tools, bulletin boards, company directories and more.
Trade: Trade Tutorials: Resources containing guides for entry into the international marketplace. Includes exporting guides, tutorials, and how-to article collections.
Trade: Trade Leads: International trade bulletin boards and forums for posting leads, opportunities, and offers to buy or sell products.
Trade: Shows and Events: Resources providing comprehensive listings of commercially focused trade shows and other types of business events. These typically present the information either as a long list of events, through a calendar, or by searching a specific country/industry.

Trade: Logistics: A variety of online tools for global logistics; including cargo tracking, shipping guides, and logistical news.

Money: Stock Exchanges: Official web sites of major national stock exchanges arranged by region.
Money: Banks: Non-commercial governmental and intergovernmental banking and financial institutions including central banks.

These generally have a distinct macro focus and address topics that may include foreign exchanges and markets, global analysis of equity markets, tax regulations, credit management, economic and financial policy analysis.

Reference: Culture: Resources for cultural understanding, such as information about greetings, etiquette, and gestures, useful for the businessperson or casual traveler.
