Job Description

The College of Business and Technology at The University of Texas at Tyler (UT Tyler) invites applicants to apply for a full-time assistant professor. Review of applications will begin immediately and the position will remain open until filled.

Qualifications: Ph.D. or D.B.A. in international business, management, or related field.

Responsibilities: Teach undergraduate and graduate courses, face-to-face and online in international business; conduct scholarly research and publish in high quality journals as specified in the College of Business and Technology Tenure & Promotion Requirements; and perform service activities as assigned by the Department, College, and University with a commitment to excellence in teaching and research.

UT Tyler is a component of the University of Texas System and is located in the beautiful East Texas lake country on I-20 corridor, about 100 miles east of the Dallas and 200 miles north of Houston. Tyler is economically strong and rapidly growing community with a population of 100,000. The College of Business and Technology houses five academic departments, with a student population of 2100 students and more than 60 full-time faculty and staff members.
