Job Description
School of Management, Xiamen University, a top-tier business school in China, invites applications for vacant positions in Assistant, Associate, Full Professor or post-doc/visiting scholar at the Department of Business and Management.
Examples of research areas that applicants might cover include – but are not limited to:

Qualifications:
Professor:
1. Have 2-3 first-tier publications (including Chinese journals) and ability to continue to publish papers in these top journals; or have established widely influential theory, and meet the qualification as professor in Xiamen University
2. Have potential to become an academic leader in Business Management;
3. Have extensive teaching experience and excellent teaching evaluations.
Associate Professor:
1. Have obtained influential academic achievements and ability to publish papers in top journals or well-known international journals;
2. Have extensive teaching experience and excellent teaching evaluations.
Assistant Professor:
Have an excellent educational background, demonstrated potentials to conduct quality research, and a record of teaching excellence. Meet the qualification as assistant professor in Xiamen University
Post-doc:
Have an excellent educational background, demonstrated potentials to conduct quality research. Candidates could be considered to be admitted as formal-track faculty after two-year post-doc fellowship based on evaluation of achievement.
Visiting Scholar:
Have good publications or teaching experience. Have close collaborative relationship with our faculty. Teaching in the department is encouraged.
