Job Qualifications: The School of Management at the Universidad del Rosario (Bogotá, Colombia) seeks applications to fill a full time position at the professor level in areas such as marketing, entrepreneurship, innovation, big data and artificial intelligence applied to management. We look for candidates with strong commitment to research, demonstrated by publications in peer-reviewed journals, and who will engage in the design and teaching in undergraduate and graduate level. Aspiring professors must have earned a PhD degree (or to be near to complete) and/or master degree in related fields. We are interested in candidates with:

  • A PhD (completed or in process) or Master degree in the field of marketing, entrepreneurship, innovation, big data and artificial intelligence applied to management or other related fields.
  • A desire and attitude to contribute to a successful and fast growing educational establishment.
  • A potential for research and publication in international peer reviewed journals.
  • An ability to contribute to undergraduate and postgraduate programs working in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
  • The candidate should have teaching experience with excellent teaching evaluations.
  • Outstanding English/Spanish communication skills are a prerequisite (at least B2)
  • The candidate should have experience in Laboratories of business and applied research.
  • A desire and attitude to develop projects with companies and industries.
