Non-Tenure Track Faculty Position in International Business
Starting Date: July 1, 2015
The Strategic Management Department in the Fox School of Business at Temple University invites applications for the position of Academic Director of its top-ranked International Business major. The primary responsibilities of this position will be teaching and providing service to the school. Qualified candidates should hold a PhD or DBA, and must provide evidence of effective teaching in traditional [face-to-face], hybrid, and online settings. Core requirements include successful administrative experience, demonstrated leadership abilities, and innovative thinking. Although preference will be given to Academically Qualified [AQ] applicants, Professionally Qualified [PQ] applicants will also be considered. Industry/consulting experience will be a plus, as will be an ability to teach at multiple levels [undergraduate, MBA, EMBA] and across courses in Strategy and Entrepreneurship.
The Fox IB program is consistently ranked in the Top 10 by the U.S. News & World Report. Temple University is home to the Institute for Global Management Studies, and recently was chosen by the U.S. Department of Education as one of only 16 schools selected nationally for renewal of the CIBER grant.
