The Crummer School now seeks a dean to lead it into a new era of accomplishment and impact. A member of the prestigious Associated Colleges of the South and the Annapolis Group, Rollins College, located in prospering Winter Park, FL, fosters rigorous applied learning of the highest quality in an inclusive environment. The Crummer School is unique in that it operates as the only professional school on the campus of a small, comprehensive liberal arts college. Crummer has achieved a reputation for academic excellence based on the quality of its curriculum, innovative instructional methods, prestigious faculty, and outstanding students. Admission to the Crummer School is very competitive and is structured so that cohorts are representative of a variety of prior work experience, undergraduate training, diversity, countries of origin, and objectives for future employment.

The dean reports directly to the provost and is responsible for providing leadership and vision in strategic planning and implementation of programs within the Crummer Graduate School of Business. The Crummer School Board of Overseers, which currently consists of 26 members, serves in an advisory role for the dean. The successful candidate will be an individual who is a student of the ever-changing needs of the dynamic global business environment and will bring that knowledge and insight to her or his leadership.

The culture and structure of the Crummer School have traditionally supported adaptation and change. The dean will be a visionary and collaborative leader, capable of inspiring internal and external stakeholders and driving innovation. The dean will be adept at external relations, fundraising, and enhancing cooperative relationships within the institution.
