Job Description

The rank is open, depending on faculty qualifications. The position will be housed in the Strategic Management Department or another appropriate Department within the School, and will serve as the Director of Immersion Programs, which oversees the School’s Immersion Experiences [IEs]. Our salary and benefits are highly competitive and commensurate with qualifications.

IEs also include networking with prominent executives and tours of key sites.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven record of success for a minimum of five years in developing and running immersions at an accredited U.S. university. The candidate must be passionate about the value that immersions add to learning, enjoy travel, and demonstrate evidence of leadership and innovation. Required abilities include effectively interacting with senior executives or representatives in corporations, governments, and academia; managing budgets; ensuring rigor and quality of IE; and expanding IE to new partners and new countries. In addition to leading Fox IE, duties will also include teaching courses in the Masters and/or Undergraduate International Business Programs.
