On the Nevada Secretary of State Business Center website, users can access various online services related to commercial recordings, service marks, trademarks, and the Uniform Commercial Code.  The site houses several searchable databases of businesses and filings. The Nevada Small Business Development Centers (NSBDC) aims to help small businesses in Nevada. They offer counseling services for starting or expanding small businesses at low or no cost. The University Center for Economic Development (UCED) at the University of Nevada, Reno is responsible for performing economic development research, and providing assistance and educational services.
