Liberia Telecommunications Authority (LTA)

The Liberia Telecommunications Authority (LTA) is responsible for mandating the telecom sector through monitoring the compliance of licensees. The LTA advises the minister on policies regarding the telecommunications sector. They establish and maintain the radio spectrum while also resolving disputes between service providers and consumers. They also encourage sustainable domestic and foreign investment, as well as the use of new and efficient technologies.
