Benin: Transitory Authority for the Regulation of Posts and Telecommunications
The Transitory Authority for the Regulation of Posts and Telecommunications of Benin (ATRPT) is responsible for defining standards & regulations for telecommunications producers. ATRPT grants licenses and permits to operators, arbitrates disputes between consumers and operators, sets tariffs & prices, defines technical requirements of equipment, and enforces the numbering plan for telecommunications. This resource is only available in French.
