Assistant Professor of International Business
Minnesota State University, Mankato, Minnesota, USA
The Marketing & International Business department at Minnesota State University, Mankato, invites applications for a full time, tenure track, Assistant Professor of International Business position. Responsibilities include teaching undergraduate international business courses, engaging in scholarly activities, active participation in student advising, performing appropriate service functions for the department, college, and university. Also, participation in outreach activities to business community is required. Starting date of the appointment is August 17, 2015.
Required Qualifications:
MBA or Masters of International Management (MIM) from an AACSB accredited university. In addition,
Two years of full-time international business related industry experience is required.
Preferred Considerations: Evidence of teaching International Business courses at university level, demonstrated commitment to applied research and scholarly activities, evidence of seven (7) years of international business related industry experience, evidence of leadership, collaboration and business community involvement, demonstrated commitment to fostering a diverse working and learning environment, MBA from an AACSB accredited university, with an international business focus. PhD / DBA degree in International Business or a closely related business discipline from an AACSB accredited institution, excellent communication skills, and working knowledge of educational technology.
