Brief introduction:
Dalian University of Technology (DUT), founded in 1949, is a national key university directly administrated by the Ministry of Education of China and sponsored by Project 211 and Project 985. In September 2017, DUT was selected into the university of the “Double First-Class” Initiative, category A.

School of Economics and Management (SEM), founded in 1985, set a precedent for MBA education in China. As the pioneer of the management case teaching method in Ching SEM takes the lead in adoption and promotion of management case teaching method among domestic universities. Now, SEM has three academic departments which are Management Science and Engineering, Business Administration, and Applied Economics. It is the seventh institute in the Chinese mainland that obtained AACSB.EQUIS, AMBA, and CAMEA accreditations.

Professor:
Having academic and technological achievements approved by peer experts in relevant research fields. Possessing a broad academic perspective and innovative thinking. There is a potential to become an academic leader or outstanding talent in related fields.
Salary: $ 90,000-$210,000/year plus teaching and team performance pay
Associate Professor:
Outstanding young academic and technological talents who have obtained certain influential research achievements in relevant academic fields, with enormous innovation and strong development potential.
Salary: $ 70,000-$90,000/year plus teaching and team performance pay
Assistant Professor:
Doctoral degree holders from well-known universities both domestically and internationally, with excellent academic training. Having achieved influential and representative academic outputs, with a clear plan for future scientific research.
Salary: $ 60,000-$70,000/year, plus teaching and team performance pay
Assistant Research Fellow:
Obtained a doctoral degree from a well-known university both domestically and internationally within the past 3 years. Possesses a rigorous scientific attitude and teamwork spirit, a solid research foundation, and strong research abilities.
Salary: $ 42,000~5,5000 year
