The International Swap and Derivatives Association (ISDA) is the home to a global financial trade association whose members trade negotiated derivatives, covering trades and options in fields such as interest rates, currency, commodities, energy, and credit. ISDA's main areas of focus in the derivatives markets include: legal and documentation, public policy, risk management, market infrastructure, research, and accounting and tax.
