Social Media Strategy for International Business Scholars
Social media is becoming an increasingly important tool for scholars, providing them with the means to increase visibility, foster engagement with external stakeholders, drive meaningful interactions with audiences, and facilitate impact creation. A variety of social media platforms, such as LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), ResearchGate, Instagram, TikTok, and others, are available for scholars to tap into, allowing them to share research findings, new insights, perspectives, and events in order to establish themselves as thought leaders in their respective fields of International Business (IB). Social media also provides opportunities to collaborate and foster interdisciplinary dialogue with scholars whom they may not engage with otherwise on a regular basis.
In this workshop, we will have three speakers sharing their invaluable expertise on how to start, maintain, and further grow your social media profile through their own success stories. Full details and a registration link for this event are available below. We look forward to seeing you online soon!
