The University Dongbei University of Finance & Economics, founded in 1952, is one of the leading universities in China in the areas of finance, economics, management and tourism. Qualifications
A doctoral degree in Business/Management, with specialist knowledge of Organizational Behavior or Human Resources Management;
Ability to deliver lectures and explain complicated concepts in English;
Proven experience and capability to deliver high quality teaching and research output;
Professional experience in relevant fields would be an advantage;

Remuneration Package
Salary offered will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications and experience;
Benefit package: accommodation allowance, relocation allowance, medical insurance and 12 weeks paid leave annually; Relocation assistance: flight and luggage allowance, one week temporary accommodation near the campus, and support in finding long-term accommodation if required;
