The Public Services Regulatory Commission (PSRC) regulates industries in Armenia including electricity, natural gas, water, and electronic communications. For the communications industry, the PSRC grants licenses to operators, monitors the radio frequency spectrum, allocates resources to broadcasters, sets regulations and standards, and monitors producers' compliance with legislation.
