LAKELAND COLLEGE, an applied liberal arts institution centered in eastern Wisconsin, with a satellite campus in Tokyo, Japan, and sister school relationships in several additional countries, seeks qualified candidates for the anticipated tenure-track position of Assistant Professor of International Business, beginning in August 2013. The successful candidate will be able to teach a variety of courses related to international business in both our traditional undergraduate program as well as our evening and online programs for adult learners. The successful candidate will also be expected to develop international internship and study abroad experiences and support business student organizations. Applicants should be committed to quality undergraduate teaching and advising and be willing to support the College's interdisciplinary general education program.

Appointment at the rank of Assistant Professor requires a Ph.D. or D.B.A. in a business-related discipline with an emphasis in international business; applicants who are ABD will be considered at the rank of Instructor. Expertise in management and leadership, marketing or other business disciplines is desirable. College-level teaching experience is preferred.
