The University of Auckland Business School is New Zealand's premier business school and is internationally recognised for the quality of its education and research. The Business School's major teaching activities are a large undergraduate program, a highly regarded MBA program, and research-based postgraduate honours, masters, and PhD programs. The University of Auckland Business School invites applications for tenure track and fixed term faculty appointments at the Lecturer/Senior Lecturer/Associate Professor levels in the Department of Management and International Business. Topics include:

* International Business, especially international entrepreneurship/small business internationalisation, international management, strategy and/or FDI, global value chains and/or business in Asia-Pacific
* HRM and/or Organisation Studies preferably with some capability in employment relations as well
* Strategic Management, especially decision making in complex environments, internationalisation, and small business growth/entrepreneurship
* Innovation and/or Commercialisation preferably with some capability in entrepreneurship.


Applicants are expected to indicate clearly the topic(s) they specialise in and wish to be considered for. For appointment at the Associate Professor level, a distinguished record of publications and a well developed programme of research would be expected.
