The Department of Management at ESSEC Business School – Paris invites applications for one tenuretrack position in Human Resource Management at the Assistant or Associate level. We are particularly interested in candidates who combine a strong background in HRM with an expertise in employee/stakeholder relations in the context of multinational firms. Candidates should hold a Ph. D. or equivalent. They should have a strong research orientation and a good teaching ability. International experience will be considered an advantage. Some knowledge of French is a plus, but not necessary by any means. Courses can be taught in English or in French.
