The Drucker School offers MBA, Executive MBA and Financial Engineering degrees. To succeed as a faculty member at the Drucker School, candidates must have a deep understanding of at least one discipline and remain current with new ideas and controversies that might influence the practice of management. Because the Drucker School is department-free, faculty take a transdisicplinary approach to research by connecting with colleagues both from Drucker and from within the wider Claremont Colleges community. The Drucker School embraces a teacher-scholar model. Not only are faculty members intellectually curious, as evidenced by a wide range of research outputs including articles in journals, books, and presentations to academic and executive audiences, but they also encourage students to become lifelong learners. Through classroom discussion, applied assignments, participation in clubs and internships, students develop a healthy approach to intellectual inquiry and learn to make transdisciplinary connections in their approach to solve management problems.

Candidates must have completed a doctoral degree and must have at least five years of post-doctoral teaching experience at the graduate/executive level.
