The Drucker School offers MBA, Executive MBA and Financial Engineering degrees. To succeed as a faculty member at the Drucker School, candidates must have a deep understanding of at least one discipline and remain current with new ideas and controversies that might influence the practice of management. Because the Drucker School is department-free, faculty take a transdisicplinary approach to research by connecting with colleagues both from Drucker and from within the wider Claremont Colleges community. The Drucker School embraces a teacher-scholar model. Not only are faculty members intellectually curious, as evidenced by a wide range of research outputs including articles in journals, books, and presentations to academic and executive audiences, but they also encourage students to become lifelong learners. Candidates must have completed a doctoral degree and must have at least five years of post-doctoral teaching experience at the graduate/executive level.
