The Division of Business is recognized nationally for its research, teaching and links with industry, and makes a significant contribution to international business and management research and education. The Division is committed to continually improving the quality and impact of its research engagement and activities. The Postdoctoral Research Fellows will each conduct research in a School within the Division of Business, and will be aligned with a Research Institute or Centre linked to their discipline area. These positions have been developed to strengthen the research profile and capacity of the Centres, Institute, and Schools in the Division of Business, University of South Australia. For more information about the school, please see http://unisa.edu.au

These positions will develop the applicants’ ability to become leaders in their field by establishing a profile that will complement the work of existing research specialisations within the Division of Business. While focused mainly on research, the positions will provide applicants with the opportunity to develop the teaching skills necessary for a well-rounded academic career, with an optional teaching load component of one semester to be undertaken during the term of the contract.

A demonstrated ability to attract research grants, build relationships with government, industry and community organisations, and effectively promote research to a wide audience is essential. You will be required to include the following in your application: a cover letter detailing the reasons for your application and your suitability for the position, briefly addressing the selection criteria; your curriculum vitae; the name and contact details of at least two confidential work-related referees; and any other supporting documentation (e.g. academic transcript).
