DUTIES:
Teaching in the graduate and/or undergraduate level. May require teaching in the evening program. Research and publishing, supervising doctoral dissertations, and service contribution is required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Earned doctorate (candidates expected to finish their Ph.D. before September 2011, are also encouraged to apply). Evidence of strong research and teaching potential must be demonstrated. Candidates must have the ability and motivation to undertake a rigorous program of research and engage in innovative teaching on a team and individual basis, develop and teach degree and executive education programs.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
Preparation and research in one or more of the following areas: strategic management, organizational behavior or organizational theory, business economics, international strategy, sociology, economics or related disciplines. The School is specifically interested in scholars who are studying one or more of the following topics – implications of globalization for firms, international strategy, global strategy.
