The Schulich School of Business at York University in Toronto is seeking an outstanding scholar for a chair in Strategic Management and International Business at the rank of senior Associate or Full Professor, effective July 1, 2011. Preferred candidates will have:

  • A PhD in Strategic Management or related area
  • A proven track record of scholarship and leadership in the field
  • An outstanding and on-going program of academic research and publishing in top tier journals in International Business (e.g., SMJ, JIBS, AMR, AMJ).
  • Demonstrated thought leadership in the field of International Business and Management
  • Previous experience in teaching doctoral level courses and advising and supervising doctoral students
  • Evidence of teaching effectiveness at all levels from undergraduate to graduate.
