Central European University Business School in Budapest, Hungary is seeking a full-time entry-level researcher at the Assistant Professor rank. This individual will work in the Center for Integrity in Business and Government at CEU Business School. Research fields associated with this search include business ethics, corporate governance and corporate responsibility management.

A critical aspect of CEU Business School’s mission is to serve emerging economies by delivering best practices, by encouraging high standards of integrity, social responsibility and ethics, and by emphasizing global entrepreneurship and innovation management. The candidate should demonstrate explicitly how s/he would contribute intellectually and educationally to these specific features of this overall mission.

It hosts over 140 resident faculty members, numerous prominent visiting scholars and a total student enrollment exceeding 1500. Duties and responsibilities:
The primary focus of this position is to contribute to the Integrity Education Initiative of the CEU by active research and curriculum development. There may also be an opportunity to teach at both the MBA and Executive MBA levels.

Qualifications:
The candidate should possess a global orientation and strong intellectual potential that is supported by research achievement. Evidence of effective and creative teaching and curriculum development skills at both the MBA and Executive Education levels is also desirable. Candidates must possess a PhD or equivalent degree.

Compensation and contract terms:
Remuneration will be in accordance with CEU’s internationally competitive salary scale and will be commensurate with experience.  It is expected that an initial fixed term contract of two years with the possibility of renewal for another two years will be offered.
