The Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB) is a leading business school in Asia with around 100 full time faculty members, more than 1200 students across various long duration programs and nearly 5000 Executive Education participants. Located in Bangalore, the entrepreneurial and knowledge capital of India, IIM Bangalore is seeking faculty with research interests in areas such as Communications, Entrepreneurship, Organization Behavior & Human Resource Management, Organization Theory, Strategy, and Technology Management. We invite applications for faculty positions at all levels. Faculty at the Assistant Professor level must demonstrate capability for carrying high quality research and should have completed or be in the final stages of completing their PhD. Associate Professors should have a track record of research and teaching. Professors are additionally expected to provide academic leadership at the Institute. Visiting Faculty positions are available to those who are on sabbatical or to those looking for short duration association. Faculty would be expected to contribute to the Institute’s Post Graduate (MBA), Doctoral and Executive Programmes.
