Assistant/Associate Professor of International Business The Sonoco International Business Department, Darla Moore School of Business, at the University of South Carolina is conducting a search to fill a tenure-track position. Although rank is open preference is for an experienced assistant/associate candidate. The start date is August 2012. Applications will be accepted until the position is filled. A completed doctoral degree with a specialization in international business is required. A strong disciplinary base is also expected and a specific geographic area of expertise is desirable. We are interested in exceptional scholars, with demonstrated outstanding research and teaching in the area of international business.

The Darla Moore School of Business is recognized for its innovative international business programs, including an undergraduate international business major, joint undergraduate international business program with the Chinese University of Hong Kong, international master in business administration, master of international business, a global executive program in Guadalajara, Mexico, and an international business major at the doctoral level. The undergraduate international business program has been ranked No. 1 for the fourteenth consecutive year. For the past 20 years the graduate program in international business has been ranked in the top 3 nationally.
