Co-editors Christian Felzensztein (Clarkson University, USA) and Sascha Fuerst (EGADE Business School, Tec de Monterrey, Mexico) invite scholars from around the world to contribute with chapters for a new book titled “A Research Agenda for International Entrepreneurship” (Edward Elgar Publishing, UK). The book will be of a high interest for graduate students, scholars and practitioners in the broad and multidisciplinary field of international entrepreneurship. Chapters need to focus on contemporary issues for the international entrepreneurship research agenda in the post-pandemic economy, including:

  • Sustainability entrepreneurship in the context of internationalization;
  • Digital entrepreneurship, Bio-Tech and new technologies for rapid internationalization;
  • The role of business models and scaling for entrepreneurial internationalization;
  • International entrepreneurship in emerging markets;
  • Contextual influences on entrepreneurial internationalization;
  • Other new issues affecting entrepreneurial internationalization

We are open in terms of methodologies, perspectives, and geographical areas covering our contributors. Each chapter is expected to have a special emphasis on the practical implications of IE in their contexts and globally, as well as setting up a new agenda for international entrepreneurship research.
